With over nine years of experience in asylum law and an LL.M in international human rights and humanitarian law, I offer tailored consultations and workshops designed to address these root issues. Nasim Sharafi, eine in Kanada geborene Iranerin mit Flüchtlingseltern, lebt seit über einem Jahrzehnt in Deutschland. Als engagierte Menschenrechtsexpertin mit über neun Jahren Erfahrung im Asylrecht ist Nasim Sharafi auf die rechtliche und administrative Unterstützung bei der Familienzusammenführung und anderen Wegen in die Sicherheit spezialisiert. Sie bietet Workshops und Einzelberatungen an, um die Herausforderungen anzusprechen, mit denen Asylsuchende und die sie unterstützenden Institutionen konfrontiert sind. Angetrieben von diesen anhaltenden Herausforderungen ist sie dabei, eine mobile App zu entwickeln (ASYL HUB), die den Zugang zu wichtigen Informationen und Unterstützung vereinfachen soll. Nasim hat einen LL.M. in internationalen Menschenrechten und humanitärem Recht von der Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) und hat Iranistik, Philosophie und Politikwissenschaft in Montreal studiert. Sie spricht fließend Englisch, Deutsch, Persisch und Französisch und setzt sich leidenschaftlich für die Überbrückung von Klüften und die Stärkung von Menschen durch fundierte Beratung ein.
Nasim Sharafi, a Canadian-born Iranian with refugee parents, has been residing in Germany for over a decade. As a dedicated human rights expert with over nine years of experience in asylum law, Nasim specializes in providing legal and administrative support for family reunification and other pathways to safety. She offers workshops and individual consultations to address the challenges faced by asylum seekers and the institutions that support them. Driven by these persistent challenges, she is in the process of founding a mobile app to streamline access to vital information and support. Nasim holds an LL.M. in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) and has studied Iranian Studies, Philosophy, and Political Science in Montreal. Fluent in English, German, Persian, and French, she is passionate about bridging gaps and empowering individuals through informed guidance.

Answer: Yes, there are many free services — and they are very important. But they are often overworked and limited in how much time they can offer each person. As a consultant, I offer personalised, flexible, and ongoing support, especially in complex or urgent cases. I can take more time, follow up closely, and offer continuity that many free services unfortunately cannot guarantee

Ich helfe Menschen, das Verfahren zu verstehen, Dokumente und Argumente vorzubereiten, organisiert zu bleiben und klarer mit Juristen und Behörden zu kommunizieren. Answer: No. I support anyone navigating migration and integration processes — including people with uncertain status, undocumented persons, family members, social workers, organisations, and institutions.
